Whole30 – Week 1 Meal Plan

it’s here, it’s here,
it’s finally finally here!

Not only am I talking about 2021 (welcoming you with open arms!!) but I’m also talking about January Whole30! The official program started January 1st but a lot of you are starting today, January 4th, like me!


I completed two rounds of Whole30 in 2020 and they were both great but there’s just something about this round (my sixth official) that is getting me extra excited! Maybe it’s because I’ve dedicated each day of the week to a special theme?! Here are the themed days below:

30 MINUTE MONDAY– 

creating meals that take 30 minutes or less!

TACO TUESDAY

it’s not going to be tacos every Tuesday but different variations each week!

WHAT’S NEW WEDNESDAY

a new recipe I’ve never tried before!

YAI’S THAI THURSDAY

in partnership with Yai’s Thai, I’ll be showing you how to create delicious, simple whole30 recipes using a different Yai’s Thai product each week!
