In a large mixing bowl, add ground bison, apple sauce, almond flour and egg.
Gently combine ingredients. Be careful to not over-mix, as this can make the meatballs tough.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get approximately 16 - 20 meatballs.
Air Fry: at 390 degrees for 12 minutes.
Bake: preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake meatballs on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet for 20 minutes.
