On single piece of tortilla, add slices of avocado and smear to cover about 1/3 of only one side of the tortilla.
Add shredded cheese on top of smashed avocado smear. Top with shredded chicken.
Holding the end of the tortilla with all of the ingredients, carefully roll towards other end of tortilla.
In a pan over medium high heat. spray avocado oil to pan then add rolled tortilla with flap side down. Let it heat for a minute or two then flip to other side.
Remove from pan and cut into 1 to 2 inch bite sized pieces.
