Avocado Chicken Rollies

Ingredients

  • 1 almond flour tortilla I use Siete brand
  • 3 avocado slices
  • 1/3 cup shredded chicken
  • avocado oil spray
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese

Instructions

  • On single piece of tortilla, add slices of avocado and smear to cover about 1/3 of only one side of the tortilla.
  • Add shredded cheese on top of smashed avocado smear. Top with shredded chicken.
  • Holding the end of the tortilla with all of the ingredients, carefully roll towards other end of tortilla.
  • In a pan over medium high heat. spray avocado oil to pan then add rolled tortilla with flap side down. Let it heat for a minute or two then flip to other side.
  • Remove from pan and cut into 1 to 2 inch bite sized pieces.
