Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, sour cream, juice of 1/2 lemon, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Spray air fry basket with avocado oil spray.
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other. Cook in batches depending on the size of the air fryer.
  • Cook in the air fryer for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning the meatballs halfway through the cooking time. Cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
