In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and ground turkey. Season with garlic powder and black pepper then stir to cook until brown, about 5 minutes.
When the turkey is done, add cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and pesto to the pan and stir until the pesto is well combined with the other ingredients.
Add grated parmesan to the pan and stir for another 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy!
