Air Fryer Broccoli Parmesan

This air fryer parmesan broccoli is the perfect healthy snack or great side dish. This crispy broccoli is made with just a few simple ingredients and is ready in less than ten minutes. Even the ones who aren't a fan of broccoli with love this cheesy dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • avocado oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated. You can also use avocado oil spray to lightly coat the broccoli if you prefer.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder over the broccoli. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss the broccoli to ensure even distribution of the seasoning and cheese.
  • Spray avocado oil spray onto the air fryer basket then place the seasoned broccoli in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches if your air fryer is small.
  • Air fry the broccoli for about 5 minutes. The broccoli should be fork tender and slightly crispy edges.
