  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated. You can also use avocado oil spray to lightly coat the broccoli if you prefer.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder over the broccoli. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss the broccoli to ensure even distribution of the seasoning and cheese.
  4. Spray avocado oil spray onto the air fryer basket then place the seasoned broccoli in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches if your air fryer is small.
  5. Air fry the broccoli for about 5 minutes. The broccoli should be fork tender and slightly crispy edges.

🪄 Tips and Tricks

  • Cut broccoli florets into evenly sized pieces. Smaller pieces will cook faster than larger pieces. Cutting the same size will ensure none of them burn.
  • Buy pre-cut broccoli and pre-shredded parmesan to save on time.

🗒 Substitutions

  • Add fresh lemon juice to the broccoli before adding to the air fryer.
  • Omit the olive oil and spray broccoli with avocado oil spray, instead.
