👩🍳 How to Make Air Fryer Broccoli Parmesan
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated. You can also use avocado oil spray to lightly coat the broccoli if you prefer.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder over the broccoli. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss the broccoli to ensure even distribution of the seasoning and cheese.
- Spray avocado oil spray onto the air fryer basket then place the seasoned broccoli in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches if your air fryer is small.

🗒 Substitutions
- Add fresh lemon juice to the broccoli before adding to the air fryer.
- Omit the olive oil and spray broccoli with avocado oil spray, instead.
🗒 Best served with
- Your favorite protein, such as my ground chicken spaghetti.
👝 How to Store Leftovers
This is best served immediately for the perfect crispiness. Store leftover broccoli in an airtight container in the fridge for up the three days. Reheat in the air fryer to make it crispy again.
