Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sour cream, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Ensure that they are same in size for even cooking.
Spray avocado oil spray in the air fryer basket and place the chicken patties in a single layer, leaving some space between them. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown and cooked through.
While the patties are cooking, prepare your burger buns and desired toppings.
If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
Assemble your air fryer chicken burgers by placing the cooked patties on the buns and adding your favorite toppings and condiments.
