  • 1 lb. fresh green beans washed and trimmed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • avocado oil cooking spray

  • Wash the green beans and trim off the stem ends.
  • In one shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a separate shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to create the breading mixture.

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with avocado oil spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the breaded green beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air fry the green bean fries for 5 minutes. They should be golden brown and crispy.
