Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Scrub the sweet potatoes well and cut them into evenly-sized wedges.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wedges are well coated with the seasoning.
  • Place the seasoned sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. You may need to cook in batches.
  • Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket a good shake halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
  • Remove the sweet potato wedges from the air fryer and serve them hot.
