Equipment

  • 1 high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango frozen is preferred
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen is preferred
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut milk or coconut water

Instructions

  • In a high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. 
  • If necessary, add in more liquid to thin the smoothie.

  • Use any kind of fruit.
