On a piece of tortilla, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over half of the tortilla.
Using a spoon, spread pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
Top with any other ingredients you may be using then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Fold the tortilla in half.
Coat a medium pan with avocado oil spray over medium to high heat then carefully place the pizzadilla and let it cook until brown.
Carefully flip over and cook until other side is also brown and crispy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
