Pizzadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • avocado oil spray

Instructions

  • On a piece of tortilla, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over half of the tortilla.
  • Using a spoon, spread pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
  • Top with any other ingredients you may be using then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Fold the tortilla in half.
  • Coat a medium pan with avocado oil spray over medium to high heat then carefully place the pizzadilla and let it cook until brown.
  • Carefully flip over and cook until other side is also brown and crispy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
