Dilly Chicken Salad

Simple chicken salad recipe for a quick and easy lunch!

This recipe is even simpler if you roasted a whole chicken the night before or grab a rotisserie chicken from the store and have lots of leftover cooked chicken. If not, don’t fret- you can easily poach chicken! 

Feel free to add some diced pickles to this recipe for more punch!

Store in glass container in fridge for up to 3-4 days.

  • 1 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 1/4 cup celery finely diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped and more to top


  • Add all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix to combine.
  • Top with more dill.
