Bison Meatballs
Eller has been LOVING these bison meatballs and not only are they so easy and nutritious but are seriously so good! Will and I have been stealing them 😝 the secret Ingredient is APPLE SAUCE that makes it so juicy and gives it the perfect taste. here’s the full recipe!
Bison Meatballs

- 1 lb
ground bison
- 1/4 cup
apple sauce (make sure only ingredient is apple)
- 1/4 cup
almond flour
- 1
egg, whisked
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Form 16 1 inch balls and air fry at 390 degrees for 12 minutes or bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in glass containers in fridge for up to 5 days.
