Air Fried Keto Scotch Eggs

This one is a real winner that I’m super proud of and know you’ll enjoy as well! Serve as breakfast, brunch or a high protein snack! The first time I ever had a scotch egg was from a restaurant in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and ever since then I’ve been on the lookout to no success. I took matters into my own hands and decided to recreate that beautiful masterpiece but in a healthier way! This recipe turns out so crispy and perfect from the pork rinds.   • 1 cup almond flower
  • 1 bag pork rinds
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sage
  • 1 tsp salt
