My 13 month old son has been obsessed with this snack for days now and he gets so excited every time! These peanut butter balls are so easy to make (no cooking required!) and delicious. My husband also enjoys them for his snack as well!

Store in a glass container for up to 5 days in fridge. 

Peanut Butter Balls

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup

      rolled oats

    • 1/4 cup

      shredded coconut flakes

    • 1/2 cup

      peanut butter (sub with any other nut butter if you'd like such as almond)

    • 1 tbsp

      Chia seed

    • 1 tbsp

      date syrup (check ingredient label to make sure only ingredient is date)

    Directions

    • Add oats to a blender and blend on high pulse for a minute.

    • Add all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.

    • Grab about a tablespoon's worth of the peanut butter mixture and roll into 10 bite sized balls.

    • Place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to set. Enjoy!
