Ground Turkey and Rice One Pan Skillet

I’m not a fan of making one meal for adults and a separate one for kids. It’s hard enough to get through the day sometimes, no one has time to run their own restaurant out of their kitchen.
I’m always searching for an easy weeknight dinner that the whole family can eat together, which can be tricky if you have a picky toddler. When it comes to a dinner recipe that will make everyone happy, I’ve found that keeping it simple is the way to go. This ground turkey skillet is exactly that.
Made with lean ground turkey, fluffy rice, and simple spices, this recipe has quickly become a family favorite. It’s simple, made in one pot and has great flavor. You can add different things to suit everyone’s tastes and preferences; keep it simple for the young ones, and spice it up for the rest. It makes great leftovers for meal prep, so less time in that restaurant we call our kitchen.
