👩‍🍳 How to Make a Chicken and Hummus Wrap

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. When the skillet is hot, add sliced chicken breast, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook until the chicken is completely cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. You may need to work in batches. Set aside when done.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on a large cutting board and spread a layer of hummus (about 1 – 2 tablespoons for one tortilla) evenly over the middle surface of the tortilla.
  3. Add the cooked sliced chicken evenly over the hummus layer.
  4. Place a handful of chopped romaine, about 2 tablespoons of roma tomatoes and diced cucumber, and a tablespoon of diced red onion and crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll it tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
  6. If you like your wrap heated, feel free to set in pan (flap side down) with olive oil for about 2 minutes per side. If not, cut the wrap in half diagonally and enjoy.

🪄 Tips and Tricks

  • For babies, serve deconstructed, with little bites of chicken, feta cheese, diced or sliced cucumber and tomatoes with hummus and tortilla on the side.
  • For toddlers, roll tightly like pinwheels and cut in 1 inch pieces.
  • Use rotisserie chicken or deli oven baked chicken to make this even easier.
