My favorite way to start the day is with a BREAKFAST SALAD. Now what is a breakfast salad you ask? Well it’s a crazy phenomenon where you eat a salad for breakfast. It might sound crazy to you but don’t hate it until you try it!

  • avocado (optional)

  • salsa verde (Trader Joe’s brand is my favorite)
